a high version of the shoe

Many have pointed out the Hyperdunk 2010s similarities to the Nike Zoom Kobe V, going as far as calling it a high version of the shoe. But this upcoming colorway of black, varsity purple, and varsity red hint at an original Air Jordan colorway nike air max 2003 from nearly two decades ago. The outsole design paired with the purple/red colors may remind you of the Air Jordan VII (7) colorway that Michael Jordan wore during the 1992 NBA Playoffs, commonly referred to by the younger generation as the Raptors colorway. The design of the outsole can be compared to that of the Jordan VII, and along wit the black upper, the comparison really isnt far off. These are set to hit Japanese retailers like sevens in November so a stateside release should fall in the Holiday 2010 season as well, so stick with Sneaker News for updates.

The Nike Air 1/2 Cent Cranberry was a shoe that immediately made its way on a ton of Christmas nike blazer shoes wish lists, and rightfully so. The Air 1/2 Cent is one Nikes more successful hybrids of the decade, and combined with the never-before-seen colorway on the Foamposite, this Varsity Red aka Cranberry colorway was an instant hit when images for dropped. The color-blocking follows the same recipe as the original Royal Blue colorway of the 1/2 Cent, featuring a black base and trail-inspired laces. Take another look at this sweet pair after the jump and let us know if youre looking forward to the Cranberry more than you are the Eggplant 1/2 Cent.
